Priced by orders, not by fee lines

One Amazon order, regardless of how many fee lines it generates. Refunds don’t count as a second order.

Each marketplace channel is billed on its own plan, so every channel you connect picks the plan that fits its own order volume.

Nothing you’ve already imported breaks — your existing books and reports stay fully open, always. Your Billing screen shows a warning as you approach your limit. We build in a 10% grace on top of your plan’s order limit, so a small one-off month never triggers anything. If the orders you import in a billing month go more than 10% over your limit, we move your account to the least expensive plan that covers your actual volume, starting the next billing cycle — never mid-month, and never a pause on importing. You’re emailed and notified in-app before the new price takes effect.

Yes, any time from your account. A switch takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle — you keep your current plan until the period you’ve already paid for ends, then the new plan applies. You’re never charged twice for the same days.

No. That’s the point. SellerTally is the general ledger.

Yes. A free accountant seat is included on Growth, Pro, Growth Full Service and Pro Full Service. We don’t charge for the person who checks your work.

Each client’s books live in their own SellerTally account, fully isolated, priced by that account’s own order volume — there’s no separate "firm" plan or per-seat multiplier. Amazon connects through the Selling Partner API and syncs automatically; how often it runs depends on your plan — the Amazon sync row in the table above shows it. Books should be stable, not real-time — see the note on the features page.

Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can export everything.

Fees are non-refundable, including unused time on annual plans, except where the law requires a refund. You can cancel anytime and keep full access until the end of your paid period, and we email you before an annual renewal is charged.

Amazon US today — and that includes your international sales. If overseas buyers purchase your products through Amazon’s FBA Export program, those are US-marketplace sales in dollars, and they flow into your books like any other order. What we don’t yet support is selling on Amazon Canada or Mexico (Remote Fulfillment or local listings) — those transactions are in pesos and Canadian dollars, and we’d rather exclude them visibly than convert them badly. More Amazon marketplaces, then eBay and Etsy, are on the roadmap.
