Priced by monthly orders — not by transaction lines. One Amazon order counts as one order, however many fees Amazon attaches to it.

Pricing FAQ
- What counts as an order?
- One Amazon order, regardless of how many fee lines it generates. Refunds don’t count as a second order.
- What if I go over my limit?
- Nothing you’ve already imported breaks — your existing books and reports stay fully open, always. We’ll email you at 80% of your plan’s trailing 3-month average order volume; if you reach the limit, new order imports pause until you move up a tier (existing data is never touched).
- Do I need QuickBooks or Xero as well?
- No. That’s the point. SellerTally is the general ledger.
- Can my accountant have access?
- Yes, on Business. Free — we don’t charge for the person who checks your work.
- How often does data sync?
- Daily, plus a Sync now button. Books should be stable — see the note on the features page.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you can export everything.
- What’s the refund policy?
- Subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep full access until the end of your paid period. Annual plans are the one exception — full refund within 30 days of your first annual payment. After that, annual plans are non-refundable too, but they never auto-renew without us emailing you first.
- Which marketplaces?
- Amazon US today — and that includes your international sales. If overseas buyers purchase your products through Amazon’s FBA Export program, those are US-marketplace sales in dollars, and they flow into your books like any other order. What we don’t yet support is selling on Amazon Canada or Mexico (Remote Fulfillment or local listings) — those transactions are in pesos and Canadian dollars, and we’d rather exclude them visibly than convert them badly. More Amazon marketplaces, then eBay and Etsy, are on the roadmap.
